Not unless you find a used LK IHC controller. It has to be either a Visual 2 or 3 controller. They have Ethernet network interface and an API that can be connected to HA. But if it's just 1 outlet and 1 switch, it's probably easier and cheaper to replace them with Zigbee or HA complaint components. An electrician can replace them in less than 30 min.1 point
