Download IHC VIS file from 6.1

Hi

I am trying to download the VIS file from 6.1 controller with correct LK IHC Visual. I get the error message, file error this is not a VIS file or the file is damaged.
The scenedesign works fine to connect but just the access / download of the project file is an issue. Any proposal how to access?

Strange - the vis file is just an xml - try attaching it here if the file has been downloaded

The controller does not allow me to get that far, it stops during the "hent project" second step and error file corrupt.

Are you sure the IHC firmware and IHC Visual version are compatible?

Yes Completely, firmware is latest in controller and the lK firmware is 2.7.220

Its possible to download the file with IHC Captain so you could try that if you have an RPI lying around. Im not sure if the IHC visual downloads the file to a temporary file somewhere

The UI is in danish but the download is inside "IHC Administrator" the button labeled "Hent projekt"
